Users > Support Tickets [List View]The support ticket area will list tickets that have been submitted by members of your store. The status of the ticket can be changed by using your cursor and hover over the status in the status column and then select a different status. You can use the toolbar area to select all, select none, and delete the selected. You can click on the edit icon in the actions column to edit or answer the ticket. You can click on the delete icon to delete that ticket.
